Why didn't I buy more poblano peppers?

You can never have too many poblano peppers. At least the dried anchos that will keep for a long time.

You didn't think far enough ahead? Er weren't greedy at the time?

I've never heard of pablano peppers , i use the lazy jalepenos in the jars ,keep forever
