Essentially it's a girl who blackmails a guy into making out with her

and then in her defence calls him a little bitch. Some people have a really toxic double standard when it comes to men. I think it's certainly in the minority but it still exists. If this were a man he'd probably be alienated and maybe lose his job. Basically constitutes sexual assault through coercion but it's percieved differently in our culture as it's gender reversed.
