Did anyone hear about the court case in Lisbon?

The court ruled that the tests that are producing all the covid cases are over 97% false positive and therefore completely unreliable. We can all stop worrying now. There is no mass killing pandemic.

It is quite interesting. The court said that the PCR test is up to 97% inaccurate and because the tests are administered by a non doctor and the diagnosis is done by a non doctor the whole thing is illegal. Only a qualified doctor who examines the patient can make the diagnosis that someone is infected with covid. Nothing else is admissible and the lock down measures imposed on individuals based on these tests is also illegal and a contravention of their human rights. Could be a massive set back for the karens out there.

Okay, good to know one court case means the whole thing is made up and worldwide conspiracy to get Trump out of office.

Try convincing a lib that CNN lied 🙄

@TexChik is it easier to have a conspiracy theory that involves 99.9 % of the doctors and nurses all over the world from all different backgrounds and nationalities to team up behind this one purpose of makign a fake pandemic...

or is it easier to beleive there is handful of people with zero science background claiming its all fake..

@AngelofFail You don't understand herds do you. The experts are terrified of losing their expert status so they will all agree forevermore even when they are shown to be wrong. BTW your numbers are way off. Ever heard of the Great Barrington Declaration?

@hippyjoe1955 not going on about any specific cpnspiracy theory.. but have you ever made some research on the nature on conspiracy theories..

why do they exists, how do they gain followers, what kind of people are vulnerable to these hoaxes ?

it is always the same patter... moonlanding ... eart is a sphere ... virus isnt real.

and you are fitting the pattern 100%

And to think we spent all that money on vaccines ..... for nothing !
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@RodionRomanovitch The disease has a 99.7% survival rate so.....

Our state just stepped up the game on reporting. Doesn't matter how many tests you take only one counts

Example of the latter shown. @basilfawlty89

@basilfawlty89 https://www.uticaphoenix.net/2020/11/17/portuguese-appeals-court-deems-pcr-tests-unreliable/

He has twisted the facts but in the US and Europe PCR tests use more than 35 amplification cycles for their cycle threshold have a higher risk of a false positive. Someone who tests positive at 20 counts has a higher viral load than someone who tests positive on cycle 36. The argument is that because the amplification is logarithmic (I think that's the right word math isn't my thing) the chances of a false positive are much higher.

Anyway as usual the truth is far less fantastic than the claims in the SW post.

@hippyjoe1955 again, you're too stupid apparently to understand how debates work. The burden of proof is on the claimant. The actual source Doomflower had to post for you and it turns out you overstated it.

If you make a claim, you need to provide evidence. Jesus, wtf would you do if you ever went to court "no, your honour, this is fact, but I don't have any evidence, you have to find it".
