I always wonder this is why America & Canada have Thanksgiving on Different Days but we share the other Holidays on Same Days

Thanksgiving is on separate days because the harvest season in different regions... differs
of course the harvest season is technically different throughout the US but I guess they had to settle on a single day for the national holiday.
You will notice Canada is further north and thanksgiving is earlier. The US is further south and thanksgiving is later.
