When you complain do you have a solution for the better of those directly and indirectly involved?

If you don't have a reasonable solution that is open to input from others your complaint is a problem you don't want solved. Or it's a problem motivated by ego. There is no solution to a chronic complainer, because as one complaint festers, another is being born. Complaint addiction is energy sucking.

I try not to complain about things until I'm ready to act and consider solutions, ideas and opinions. One of my biggest pet peeves is folks who keep complaining but have no intentions of doing a damn thing about it.
