so this might be kinda morbid and god knows we've had enough of that already....

but what are some things you hope to have done before you shake off this mortal coil? what are some books that you'd recommend everyone read before they do? what's on your all-purpose 'end of the world' playlist?

I want to finish my yarn so I can foster unadoptable/senior animals. The Good Earth, by Pearl Buck. It's the story of the experience of what it means to be a person. Obviously, It's the end of the world as we know it, R.E.M. and (Don't fear) The Reaper, BOC.
@KittenfromHell gotta have REM, and yeah for reaper. cool.
Not a playlist,
The Snake Pit - Mary Jane Ward
Robinson Crusoe - Daniel Defoe
As I Lay Dying - William Faulkner
To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Hierarchy Of Needs - Abraham Maslow

Playlist? I haven't gotten that far, but I've always thought "The Last Day On Earth" by Marilyn Manson to be a great song for that.
@Belladonna I'll have to look for it.
