What would you think?

Got a call from an addiction rehab facility. They said I had put my number in their 'callback' system. I did not so assumed it was an error.
Today, I got another call on my work phone from the same facility. Again, they said I had put my number in when I had not.
Only my co workers have both numbers and my partner. I do not have a drink problem although of course, I like alcohol.
What would you automatically think?
I would ask myself who would benefit from doing that, then ask the one that doesn't like me drinking to much if they could have placed a call there, trying to get me help or something, let me ask you this question. When you drink is it to get drunk? Do you embarrasse the people your with when your out drinking, do you find that your friends aren't asking you to go out with them like they use to. If your answer is yes to any of the three questions you might want to talk to the place if they call again.

I would say that your partner may think you drink too much, but doesn't know how to talk to you about it.

@Jenni855 It apparently isn't if your partner is the one that gave that facility your number. Have a talk with him to find out for sure, keep a very close eye on his eye contact and body language. However, if it wasn't him, have a talk with your HR manager at work and let them know you suspect a coworker getting into your personal business.

@NativeOregonian I know it isn't him. I suspect it is a co worker

@Jenni855 Then the only logical thing to do is to contact your HR manager at work and let them know a coworker is overstepping their boundaries and demand an investigation.

Isn't callback supposed for the sober people helping out?

It's a scam

@xixgun No, it was a proper facility

@Jenni855 Did you give them your number? No? Then it's a scam
