Very angry at ex

I admit it. I cheated on him but he has also cheated on his ex before me so is certainly not innocent.
We still have each other on Facebook and still kept photos of our time together despite splitting early last year and both getting new partners.
There is one photo where I am sort of in a joke 'headlock' one of my ex's friends said 'Should have left her there.' and my ex replied with a laughing emoji. Does anyone else think this is completely inappropriate? My friend reported it to Facebook but I think little will be done.

Nah. Also, he didn't cheat on you, you cheated on him. None of us is innocent but his past wrongdoings, not even involving you, do not justify your wrongs. I'd laugh too at something like that, the only response that is inappropriate would be "yeah, I should have". Report on facebook? Lol. Grow up for the sake of your kid.

Yeah, to care about something so minor is like wasting seconds of your life, imo. Definitely an eyebrow raising sort of post but I'd leave it alone and move on. Especially with him being an ex, he's irrelevant almost entirely with the exception of the child.

@GlitterBug I just find it very disrespectful. We have a child together. It's very immature on his part.

I completely agree. He needs to grow up more than you do from the sound of it. Still, I wouldn't linger on it. He took enough of your life from you, you know? And the joke, while distasteful, wasn't exactly wrong. It was just stupid. If it really bothers you say something to him. @Jenni855

Well you are a classy lady, because he cheated you think it is acceptable. I am sorry that the pair of you have a child together. Is he the father or unknown?
Jenni855 · 36-40, F
@nedkelly I didn't say the cheating was acceptable. I said him liking the post was not.

its seems nobody can make a clean break these days, but i think its mostly because people today just cant be by themselves. just sayin
Jenni855 · 36-40, F
@english What are you implying?
Paliglass · 41-45, F
Two people who don't like you said some stuff in writing online.

You think that loads of others haven't said stuff behind your back?

I'd take a known enemy over a fake friend any day of the week.
Jenni855 · 36-40, F
@Paliglass This was public. I know stuff gets said in private but this was uncalled for.
Paliglass · 41-45, F
@Jenni855 you don't get it.

These two can't back stab you because they're upfront about how they feel about you.

There's people who are backstabbing you and smiling to your face.

While it's more comfortable if it's behind your back and it probably will never effect you, you just never know.

You meet new people, go for a new job.. the backstabbers you know nothing about teint it and those around you.

Why? Because you took your eye off the ball worrying about knowns and ignoring unknowns.

What you have is knowledge. You gained from this. Your ego is hurt, loose the ego and loose the problem.

Or keep dwelling on it, twist yourself up, make complaints, start an internet war with them - you must have alot of energy to waste on a waste of time.

I think you should have worked out your problems before having a kid. I feel bad for them now.
