Probably always been this way?

Psychologists would likely put it to social media disorder, and narcissistic substance abuse. In theory, when thought about, those two could go hand in hand.

But what pains me, is I call someone out politely, even if I have an idea of them, and then in a moment I'm given a barrage of insults.. One you followed my nick so well? And if you way more upset than me, which to them gives them moral advantage, they are being silly to me.
Mental illness isn't always logical...

If it's social media then it's public and they might try to save face, even though being humble and polite is actually the way to do that.
If it's just in general then they're likely oversensitive or don't take criticism well.

What good is a moral highground when it's built on sand anyway, it's self deception to cover their denial.

@Ryannnnnn Appreciated in words. Could be that, and I know have insulted some in time in my life, but generally I try to reproach those insults and words. Which is difficult this time, because as one thing I will never give over, is a righteous voice, and it's clear they aren't of any belief other than berating people who are different than from them. Not how I work.
