Yes life goes on

So I have my friend call me tonight, I knew something was off with him in voice immediately. At first he gave little, I know in shock, and I tried to make him comfortable with humour and deep meaning. Both of those come relatively easy when you know a person for 20+ years. His aunt and Uncle were in a car crash tonight, he's the next closest of kin where this happened. His Uncle passed he always looked up to, his aunt in care.

Grief sucks... I knew the moment, he sounded not like himself, like he was scared to say.

@SW-User I'm trying, didn't know tonight I would have to face another one. But I do also have the mind to know those struggles are mine and those I care about are dealing with something deeper.

@SW-User trying is good. You won't realise how it is enough.. When the moments have passed with you trying and suddenly you find yourself on the other side of surviving.

Yeah grief sucks, the body reacts to it subconsciously and then it starts to manifest overtime.
