What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given in life?

That my first priority should always be me

To take care of myself

If you love someone, let them go.
If you hate someone, let them go.
Basically let everyone go.
People are stupid.

Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. Treat people the way you are treated. I did take the latter quite literally though and it's just the odd time it's been negative.

My father told me that my word was my reputation and not to squander it.
