Go to sleep

I go to sleep to avoid confronting my feelings.

Bitch and moan, then try to fix what's annoying me

In other words, I play games.

Think over think while staring at the ceiling trying to sleep,then when I have answer I will try to fix it.

Mostly, complain then eat a piece of dark chocolate

I go for a drive and breakdown. & then come back home when my eyelashes aren't wet anymore & my nose isn't red

go to sleep at night and pray it will be better tomorrow.

I write “fuck it" on paper planes and throw them fuckers away from me.

Retreat into solitude.

Lose myself in music.

Smoke weed
