@UndeadPrivateer I just exist. Not sure why. Maybe it is for the next meal, the next laugh, the next nap. But the food starts to taste dull, I fail to find the humor, and I cannot sleep.

@JoyfulSilence I can understand what you mean, I've been similar and it's not a very fun state to be in.

@UndeadPrivateer At least I have my physical health (or what can be reasonably expected for a middle aged man who does not eat healthy food, is overweight, and does not exercise).

My mind can bring me down, though. At least it can be distracted!
