Of course it is! Tears were meant to cleanse the soul, not suppress it, or our feelings. Does more harm than good. To me, a real man is confident enough to realize feelings are nothing to be afraid of. It takes a strong man to realize tears are ok and part of life. There’s nothing weak about it. Whoever put that notion out there ages ago, must have been terribly insecure. It takes a much stronger man to go ahead and cry, than hold it in. That’s when problems arise. Not healthy to do so.
