When you get down time. Time to yourself.

Do you not know what you should do with it. Like should you just sit and relax. Or go do one of those things you have been putting off. Or just so many things. But you just want to rest.

@Jonjdw Respect what your body tells you. As long as it's not depression which will suck your energy. All that stuff-chores, fun stuff-will still be there. The only important thing to not miss is experiences with other people because that can be important.
