Anxiety kicking in

Is the universe kidding me right now!? On my way to work guess who I see at my new job? My old manager! Luckily he didn’t see me since I went into my job like a ninja.I hope I don’t see him again because I’m embarrassed.I left my old job on weird terms and my mental illness took part of it.

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 Well he wasn’t wearing our uniform.He is apart of another program and they just came by to check things out. I’m so nervous thinking if I should find another job because I might see him again :/

@OpalFlower no....it doesn’t matter anymore. If he asks tell him you had to leave for personal reasons.

@CountScrofula How have you managed because a part of me wants to quit but then again another side of me don’t.I wouldn’t even know what to say to him if we cross each other’s path again.

@OpalFlower Keep in mind you don't owe your old employer anything. Maybe prepare a stock response because that will help with the anxiety, but otherwise you can just be avoidant. Guaranteed you're gonna care about this way more than your old boss does.
