@NorthernRoses Curl up with a book. Get a big glass of something cold to drink or a mug of something hot. Look around your home. Find one thing you are so happy to have! Maybe a gift someone gave you. Or something you bought for yourself on an impulse one day, just because you liked it.
Anything at all, no matter how small, bring it and set it on a table where you can look at it and feel as good as you felt when you got it.
