Why do hospital car parks cost so much?

My husband was in the hospital for a month and a half. At first parking cost $5/ day. Then I got a coupon (because I was a frequent flyer, I guess) for $3/day.

Two weeks later, $2. Then we left.

Do you suppose eventually they would have paid me to park?,

They got you over a barrel.

I think it's bad for them to do that.

yeh, why bother help fund the expenses that it takes to help the costs that run those joints.. .am i right?
