How do you spend New Year's Eve?

For the past two years I went out with my boyfriend and some friends of ours and celebrated with a multi course dinner at a Spanish restaurant which included a Spanish New Year's celebration at midnight.
This year, the weather is awful. I think we will be staying in and taking it easy. Do you have any plans?
