Do you eat potato shells or do you peel them first?

😆 I have never heard them called shells before. We use red or yellow potatoes and eat the skins. Brown potatoes must be peeled first, and we avoid those whenever possible.

I peel them bitches if im making mash pottattos, leave them if im making fries

I eat the skin of the potato (it’s not usually called a shell).
