What sets you apart?

I like that, I intend to have some impact on the world around me, with all that I am & all I do.

Same here, I live by the golden rule and believe that

I like the sentiment of that, & would say I live in such a way... But sometimes I think it's beneficial to feel pain, & then to overcome it, & hopefully grow from it.

I don't want to hurt anyone in the long run, but if it causes a little pain now in order to create a superior gratification in the future, I might put someone in such a position.

If you mean stealing, literally injuring, abusing, or similar things, these things I would never do.

Except everyone has unique DNA, so you might not have the same DNA as others, but that doesn't [i]set you apart[/i] much.

And I feel that it's implied that I don't mean on such a basic, simplistic level, I'm asking for specificity, tho my question is somewhat general.

I'll give you an example, something that sets [b] me[/b] apart is my perspective, I don't relate often with others regarding, I utilize many ideas & ideologies both from conservatives & liberals, but yet I often disagree with both, or some. In comparison, people tend to favor one political party or another, even when they claim otherwise or 'independence' or ambivalence.

I enjoy a lot of (often peculiar) things that other people don't, for different reasons often even when the interests do match.

There are a lot of distinctions that can be drawn, plus, science limits all the time as well, often errantly, facts, 'scientific' or otherwise, even, are disputed among scientists, philosophers, & others.
