I'm Looking For Genuine Connections With Kindhearted People

It's difficult being kind in a world that seems so stoic about many things. Nonetheless, my soft heart often finds that it's better to be kind to others than to not recognize those who may need a helping hand or a kind smile or even just a hello. Our world has become so detached from one another. It's not the same as when I grew up. They say like begets like. I'm hoping this to be the case.

I would say the big cause is a corrupt system in the country. Politics manipulating people's well being like healthcare is something we must kill ourselves for. Pathetic.

Yeah, that's true. I didn't realize it until after Obama's term started reaching an end and a man who thinks money can grow on trees and putting on facades for the people who voted for him. Though, like the bully he can be, I can't let that break me. I need to embrace my heart to be creative in a country that is immensely lost in illusion of power and greed.

I do believe people can be inherently good, though some are so brain washed and mentally ill that they don't see it much.

Yeah, and so many people need help that it's too expensive to get the healthcare we need, or at least for those who can't quite help themselves. My bigger half sister is one of them. I won't state the details, but we need to make healthcare a real priority, but not just leave it up to the politicians to get it passed.
