I Love Shoes

So here's my chance to talk about "shoes":

I am getting a decidedly "goody two shoes" feeling about this place.

And I don't want gratuitous violence negativity or smut either.

But I see the same mindless boring stories, and the same "God loves me I'm wonderful" stories every hour every day, and sometimes wish they

would go away so I can get into some reality on SW.

But maybe "reality" itself has been scared away too.

I WON'T SETTLE FOR MINDLESS EXTREMISM EITHER.

Are people here REALLY that bland and "two-shoes"?

Or have I maneuvered myself into an unreal corner by not wanting to see the uglier material (murder, abuse, hideous suffering, loving to do terrible things, you know that stuff)??

I did write a lot of prose and poetry but currently writing a Novel since January 9 that has kept me very busy. It can be so much easier to simply respond here.

By the way I have noticed you are rather scholarly compared to most SWeeps and I was getting a bit shy about connecting with you, so I am honored you jumped in and gave me a chance...

I appreciate the encouragement I get from you when I make remarks. I finished graduate school in 94 if that is what you mean by scholarly. Feel free to connect since that is what this place is about! I like SW because it gives me that forum to share reality uninhibited. I think that might be what you are looking for .
