How does everyone handle a toxic work environment?

I've never had that level of toxicity but I am likely to leave a place like that for something else. It's not worth feeling stressed because of someone elses moods.

I left one for a new position. I had a boss just like yours, it was like a roller coaster. Moods up and down

I just used to dread going in to work, not sure I was able to deal with it.

I'd try to get them fired by turning in every infraction they committed.
