If you're out too long from work, do you get calls and texts from colleagues insisting you come back?

No not colleagues but if i'm literally a minute late back my boss will be sending me an email, and if i'm 5 minutes or longer, it gets deducted from my pay. I lost $2.50 once because the elevator to my floor was slow and stopped at all floors.

Yep. 30 minutes and they're already in panic.
