How to work with senior colleagues?
I am not being rude but recently I am having a hard time to work with someone who is older than me.
The job is easy everyone should participate. But, he said to job takes too much time to handle if we are ďoing it.
It's true but we are learning. That is what that place for. No need to rush. As long people are doing their job. But no, he disagree everything we do. In the end, we just let him alone doing it. Sometimes, we doing the job when he is not around. It is quite frustrating where I have no experience to feel it and this person just take over completely not allowing us to do it. What is the point to learn then?
Uggh. I don't want to argue. We know young people always lose to the elder because of we are lack of experiences.
