No,I would inform them that they are in breach of contract law which clearly states that they cannot have extra tasks that benefit one party and gives nothing to the other party.It is illegal.Then I would refuse to do any extra duties that are not in my written contract.

If it becomes consistent then I would talk to my boss first. If that doesn't work and I can't refuse the extra work or obtain a higher position to go along with the extra work then yes I would look for another job.
