Are you cool with showing someone what your job entails?

It feels like I'm training her to take my job. Fortunately, we work for different companies and she's only been there for 5 months or so.
I hear about that so much...a person gets really good at their job but feels somewhat unappreciated because of little things that seem to go wrong...then the next thing is the employee figures out they were just being USED to groom up the next warm body who will likewise get USED for some reason, including for the purpose of eliminating oneself.

That's the modern corporation. People are chess pieces at best and treated as if they are supposed to be eternally grateful for some shitty meaningless job that chances are will be gone in a heartbeat...

With my current job description as a professional driver of commercial vehicles, yes I am. I actually recently trained to driver 2 weeks ago.

But I admit there would be a level of uncomfortability if I was in a management or supervisory position and had to train somebody with regard to what my job entails.

I'm happy to do so but I hate when people then act like I'm dumb after. Like just coz you're comfy don't mean you get to take advantage, i wouldn't be training you if I didn't know what I was doing...
@Peppa Exactly!

Entails? Yes, I'm not really for working but I'm glad to help someone learn a new skill or new knowledge.
