What was/is your biggest challenge as a manager or employer?
Scheduling the shifts for everyone is right up there at the top. The next challenge for me is determining disciplinary action.

@SW-User Luckily I've never been ordered to fire someone who didn't deserve it. I hope that never happens. This is my first state job ever, so I don't know if that happens much.
