What if your boss verbally assaults your manliness "be a man" or "you're a grown man"?

I'd be like but I'm a woman!

If it happened on a regular basis I'd put in my two weeks and go elsewhere. I work for money, not insults. And the checks aren't all that big.

I am the Boss and I would never speak to any employee like that. Might think it at times but would never say it. Besides, two women are on my crew also.
