I worked my tail off today. Do you think they appreciate it?

I never had a good job in my entire working life. I was always paid as little as possible and I did as little as possible.

While in a restaurant today, I overheard a manager pull an employee aside and tell her she was doing a great job. I felt happy for both of them. Being appreciated feels wonderful, yes.

The harder you work, the higher they raise your future expectations.

I work hard and feel very much appreciated. I get positive feedback regularly

I hope they did appreciate it.

I used to....I’m now retired.

I am sure they do🙂

Work smart rather than work hard.

You're always an entity to your workplace and people are bound to take the credit for what's others have done. So it's better to work smart than keep working hard
