Trying to avoid seeing someone at work.....

So I work with an after school program and recently work during school hours. I worked at this school before in the past under a organization with other members. I am not sure if I or the other members left a good impression on the principal. A few people there recognize me but I don't want the principal to see me. I am just venting because this is on my mind a lot. Someone told me that she don't see the principal around as much so that is pretty good for me.
