please read it all if you started

hello people, its going to be long, but lease read it all if youve started. (p.s- yes, my english aint the best).

im writing this self experince here becasue ive seen many people who say women cant fight\army\etc and bla la bla.

in this post i want to prove you wrong, woman CAN fight, sometimes even better and much better then men (not all of them, but some).

.

im a combat soldier in a special unit in an european army.

im 22, ive been in that unit sience im 18. i have some of experince in the army\hand to hand combat, martial arts etc..

my squad(s) in the unit consists of 20 men.

out commander is a woman, she is 17. Yes- 17. she is the only female commander of combat forces in our army and she is really a "one off" case.

ill explain.

.

after i made it into the unit, i wanted to be commnader, (i was 19 at the time, 3 years ago) the course is super long and hard, takes almost 2 years.

i started the course and we were 73 men and one woman, well, a girl at the time.

she was 14(!), yes you read it correctly- 14.

ill briefly tell you her story, recuirting here is not mandtory, and allowed only for 18+ people, but in her case the army spotted her when she was super young becasue of her martial arts experince, and she is also kinda much a genius, so she was albe to finish her school exams super fast and even start university courses while begining her commanding course.

it was a "pilot programme" of the army (an experiment), no one even dared to dream that she will pass that super hard commnading course.

usually only 1-2 people pass it.

i dropped after about a year and a half back to my home unit.

.

but guess what? she did it, and she was the only one out of 74 poeple,- 73 men and her.

in the year and a half ive been there i rememeber she was the best at navigations and hand to hand combat (she has 5 black belts).

and she was 2nd in ranges (rifles\pistols shooting).

.

half a year later, she finished the course as i wrote, and she became my squad commander. (replacing a male commnder who was 26 at the time).

she became the first female combat soldier in such high rank in my state and actually commnding of a whole squad of special forces that consisted of men only.

it was super hard for us, as men to accept it that a 16 years old gir will actually command us.

for me it was even harder cuz i knew her a bit. but not much at all.

i was 21 at the time, and she was 16.

.

it took only about 2-3 weeks for all the men in the unit to understand that they were completely wrong about her, she proved to be a supersoldier and a super commander.

in term of abilities- she fights better then any of us (and each of us men s buffed up with huge muslces), and ill tell you this- she looks god, youd never think she is such a fighter, she looks like a model and super feminine.

and with guns? she is like a sniper, even tho she dosent have a sniper rifle 😅

.

after 2 monthes with her as my commnder i had the guts to go and apologize for under-estimating her, and she accepted it completely, and also said she expected us not to be ok with her being out commander (at least in the begining sience we are men and she is a young lady).

so sience she was 16, ( a year and few monthes ago) she is my commander.

i was supose to be released from the army few monthes ago but i asked to stay, and lots of it it thanx to her.

she does much better job then my 2 previous commnders who were men, she always wants her soldiers to be the best, and to feel good.

she is super tought, her discipline is very high, but what i like in her the most- is the fact that even tho she is super tought, can eliminate any of us in a hand to hand combat, she can be very very soft when needed and she cares for her soldiers as if it was her family.

many times when she saw that im not as im usually am\suspected im sad or something happened, she asked me what is it and was very supporting.

.

today she is 17, and im 22, we both are officers, (oh well, she is few ranks above of course). and i think ill stay at least one more year in that unit. also quite a few men asked to move into our squad when they head of how good she is.

so to sum this up- i never ever thought id say that- but im proud that she is my commander, even tho she is just a 17 years old lady. she knows her place, me and her soldiers know our place, and she never let us feel like we arent equal to her.

.

.

so if you read it all, thank you, and feel free to ask me any question youd like to ask.
