is work place overload with trite, meaningless motivational phrases that you hate and add on sarcastic completions?

e.g. failure is not an option! (it's a hard requirement)

Before they hung up motivational posters, the whole place was bandaid-colored, and a person could go mad looking at that blandness day in and day out. Now, at least the posters give me hope...
