Stay in a company that you're comfortable with, cares and just might grow? Or move on to a new and better paying company with a completely different environment?
@Novaturient81 You know. I actually left a company and moved to another. Found a better job. The old comapny needed some one during the holidays last year. I accepted.
When I came back, the old memories came back and I remembered why I left. So I was happy to leave.
My mind might be going but I feel like I answered this same question ages ago. Not sure if it was you or not. Either way, I'm going to take a different tack. When I've got a close decision that's important, I tend to jot out a mind map of all the factors involved, then I mark them from 1 to 10 if they are positive and -1 to -10 if they are negative. If each major arm of the mind map is one of the decisions, you can then add up the scores in each to see which one you favour.
It's what I did. You can relate if you want. I'd say move out and explore your options, but keep the option open to return back if that doesn't work. @Novaturient81
Tough one. Ambition and money might drive you one way. Loyalty and possibility the other ! Nothing much is moving positively upward at the moment and that to me says sit tight for the time being.
@Novaturient81 I guess if you have enough money to live and spend then you should live with loved ones. But if it's about earnings then you can move away for few years.
