I don't know if I would call it dream, but yes it would be about my hopes and dreams, I guess.

Sounds like a boring book to read, honestly. Why would anyone want to read about your hopes and dreams? No plot. No intrigue. No uniqueness. Just, "I want this, this, and this,"?

It can be, but that's not what publishing is. The primary goal is to write something that others will want to read. Something interesting.
Because they think it's interesting, or they're seeking diversion through entertainment value, or they want to learn.
Just saying that you might want to add in some interesting elements, rather than *just* your hopes and dreams. Or personify and use metaphors.
