She was trying to communicate with you, maybe checking to see if you are living your life. It’s the most common way to communicate with the dearly departed.

@Cierzo they usually come when you least expect it, it’s funny how that works, I’ve had a couple of paranormal experiences like that, until 2012 I had felt a presence every now and then from a late best friend.

Dreams are a powerful tool of the subconscious. I believe in that plane the living and the dead can cross paths. I was close to my grandmother also.:)

The universe, at times, allows you to visit with those whom we love who has passed. They usually enter through dreams,but can actually visit in the present.
