What are you ready to let go of?

(Habits, attitudes, obligations, beliefs, outdated goals, etc, things that are not serving you)

Getting rid of social anxiety would be nice, but it's not going to happen overnight
@HalfCactus: You may find getting id of social anxiety to be more digital than analog. It may not happen overnight, but it could happen in the next moment - just for now - but not in the moment which follows.

Habit's. I have a tendency to eat more then normal. But thank God! I finally let it go.

certain parts of my past and negative feelings
☺ Thoughtful question, Silent!

I've already voluntarily made myself to let go of almost every habit of mine which was gradually becoming an obsession. and am okay without them, thus travelling lighter.

I assume you are in a healthy shape, friend. 👊

@Silentspectator: yes, other than the normal physical pain, I am well, thank you.

Nothing. Letting go of anything is not one of my strongest points. Holding on to everything is definitely one of my strongest points.
