A 110 over 60 blood pressure reading is generally considered safe. It’s lower than the recommended 120 over 80, so you’re fine.

Keep in mind that if your systolic goes below 90, or if your diastolic goes below 60, it could mean hypotension (low blood pressure).

That's normal for a smaller female. For an average sized guy it might be considered a bit low. What does you doctor say?
