A duck walks into a cafe....to be continued

he walks over to a table. He hops up on a chair and calls for the waiter. The waiter seeing him, can't believe his eyes. He walks up to Ducks table and asks, "What would you like". The Duck answers,"I'll have a small steak with onions, with the usual garnishes" The duck says to the waiter, "I say good man. Just what are you staring at".The waiter says, " It's not every day a duck walks in here and orders off the menu".The duck says,"I don't wonder. With all these rediculous prices".
