@sophrai: I won't say "don't worry," because there are always things to worry about. Politically, (which involves all the crises you mentioned), it is a very vile world right now. I've had to take a step back from Facebook, (and I'm a social media manager), because it's not enough to disagree anymore. People are personally attacking each other, people who have known each other for years. I think that's sad. But I also remember that the media and Internet--where we get most of our information--tends to blow things out of proportion. Both mediums thrive on drama because it either gets ratings or hits. Once I realized this and took a look at how the strife really does not impact my everyday life, I didn't worry as much and my mind was more at peace.
