@crabbyhermit: truly wish that were possible. I just hope he stops seeming so insane, then at least I can respect his politics and mine don't mesh.
We have many friends overseas. You should check out sources elsewhere in the world. The entire world is aghast that he is now President....and not because he is GOP, not because he is new to this, and not because he upset the political order.
They, and we are upset because he wishes to undermine the press, wishes to erase anything his predecessor did, wishes to undermine the Courts, to leave millions without healthcare unless multi-billion dollar insurance companies are making huge profits through it, wishes to deport millions, and wishes to play fast and loose with the truth daily.
The fact he still hasn't seemed to recover from his Victory, and still inappropriately mentions it in the presence of other world leaders, the fact he kept Flynn on staff weeks after being informed Flynn lied to the administration about talks with the Russians, etc, etc, etc
Nevermind his plans to silence scientists at the EPA, reduce the EPA, reduce Intel, radically increase the military....
Yeah, I can forgive his politics somewhat, and attend protests where needed, but I cannot get past we have elected a wealthy idiot.
And idiots are scary.
