Like what sorts of things will draw you to look at their profile?

What encourages you to private message them?

Once at someones profile what sorts of things make you interested in them?

I'll look at someone's profile if they seem to have something interesting or funny to say, or if I'm struck by the way they express themselves in general or something we have in common.
I almost never pm first though.
