ohhh the harm in breaking the stiffness in just sitting around all day long. Get stretching 1st, then doing something
Overdoing sporadic exercise can be harmful if your body is not use to the stress. Just work your way into an exercise program gradually, and build it up over time.

The I think the consequences of very little exercise over time is far worse. . .
