I don't care for balls?

In "sex & the city" Steve's balls were amputated and he was so sensitive about it. I wouldn't care if a guy doesn't have balls.

Update: only one ball was removed. One is fine with me

This response makes little sense. She wasn't saying men should have their balls chopped off. She said she "wouldn't care", as in, would be fine with it either way, if I'm not mistaken.
