Ummm, do you know anything about him? That is what he does. He throws tantrums over everything and demands absolute respect. Hopefully China will get annoyed enough that they will take over soon.

@samdx008: China and Russia support N. Korea in name only, and lately barely even that. Putin is too busy taking on the rest of the world, and China is absolutely sick of them. They have been deliberately snubbing N. Korea for a few years now.
