The final scene in Charlie Chaplin's "City Lights". Watching the film is a delight for me but when it gets to that final scene I always have a tear or two in my eyes.

I cry sometimes when I'm happy. I cry during sad movies if a fictional character dies. I cry when I'm in intense pain. I cry when i am called names... I cry a lot.
