Are naps dangerous for you?

Yes! I woke up at 2:56pm and had to be out by 3pm. I made it but almost died in the process.

Side note: don't try to put on trousers whilst combing your hair.😒

I rarely sleep on Friday, as I finish at 9pm get home by 10:30pm and have to get up at 5am the next morning to go to work... My problem is I rarely go to sleep before 3 or 4 am.. I'm always afraid to wake late.. so I don't sleep
