Is it wrong to use horror VR games to discipline your children?

Good or bad may depend on how far it goes. I have a cousin that was petrified about going near the woods because of lions and tigers ( we don’t have lions and tigers). It took him a long time before he could just go out in the back yard and enjoy a cook out . (Long time I mean teens) his mom was worried about him going into the woods and getting lost but she went way to far I think.
