Are you a country person or a city person and why? Or both?

I’m a country girl. I love anything to do with being at farms being out in the countryside. I know I do a lot of things they do and plus I live in Texas. I know not everyone in Texas are country people, but I am. I love horseback, riding camping, riding on a pick up truck! I know I live by the city but still?
City to live country for a few days throughout the year. More opportunities people things to do that interest me in a city . Country seems very peaceful however but I feel like after a while I personally would get bored.

@PepsiColaP my best friend feels the same way. She said she’ll visit the country but she’ll get so bored so quickly and she prefers the city which is fine. I mean I live in a small city and of course being a city for job purposes and stuff like that but I like the country more.
@ElizabethBabe1994 yeah I think it's very personal and to be honest I sort of envy people in a way who prefer that lifestyle . I feel the city is also more about busy distracting living ,sometimes days just pass without having really done so
I am a country girl. I like to visit cities, but don't wanna live in one.

@PepsiColaP well that’s just you then lol. But it’s your life
@SomebodyThatYouUsedToKnow I'm sorry you have been feeling like that I hope you make some new good friends soon you are a cool person so I think you will find your crew in due time 🤍
@PepsiColaP thank you, I sure hope so! I am switching shifts at work and there are other women my age that work it. I have been asking my bosses if their wives like coffee and thrift stores 🤣 and leaving notes on cool cars that I thought belonged to mom's, but weird old men instead 🤣
I’m country.

I am from a rural area a farm specifically, and live in the city. Believe me the city is better. Progress and advancement can happen and culture exists.

I’m an in between kind of person. I like both.

I'm a little of both. Quieter suburbs or a ruralish setting is better for me. Some place where it isn't too busy, but we still have easy access to important places like grocery stores (or a farmer's market), doctor's office, etc. Grew up in an area like that, but now it's becoming very urban.
Rural California..

Country, but not music
ElizabethBabe1994 · 26-30, F
@ElizabethBabe1994 Sorry. I feel bad. You did say you liked The Chicks, though.
@ElizabethBabe1994 The songs fit the question. I’m a musician, so I sort of think in song.

City, more so. I like being around people; great restaurants, cool neighborhoods.

Often being close to nature is recharging, but I wouldn't want to do it full time.

I enjoy leaving the city every once in a while. I would be so bored if I weren’t in a large city though.

I’m a country person. I used to think I’d like living in a city. I was born and raised in a boring suburbia so naturally I thought the grass would be greener on the other side but I was wrong....it’s equally lame. Living in the city presents itself with different problems but I wouldn’t say I miss the suburbs either.
@HermannFegelein That’s not really country. That’s more like town. Which isn’t city, but it’s also not country.
HermannFegelein · 26-30, M
@DarkHeaven no I mean I really desire the alternative to those two.
PetiteJulie01 · 22-25, F
Well I live in a small town so I guess a country girl but I wanna live in a city.

I'm a city boy but I'd love to live out the country

Personally, I hate the falsely imposed duality.

I've always lived in the city but I would prefer to live in the countryside if it was an option.

I'm a city gal, but luv to visit country! As long as I have mountains near.
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
I've lived in both and I'm a city person I think. I love nature though.
TheBannibalOne · 61-69, M
Nowadays I would like the country.
But I am stuck in NJ.😊
I will always be country first bc cities are tiny
NickiHijab · F
I like best of both worlds.
A smaller city or town.
Rolexeo · 26-30, M
A mix? Idk, I just know I don't like cities

Both have their advantages. I live in the country at the moment and I love the peace, the lack of crime and the scenery.

When I lived in a city, I liked the convenience of having most things within walking distance and being able to go out to bars without worrying about how I'm supposed to get home
